Violations
Cite as N.D. Admin. Code § 33.1-10-01-10
An injunction or other court order may be obtained prohibiting any violation of any provision of
North Dakota Century Code chapter 23.1-03 or any rules or order issued thereunder. Any person who
violates any provision of North Dakota Century Code chapter 23.1-03 or any rule or order issued
thereunder, and, upon conviction thereof, may be punished as provided by law.
