Prohibited uses

The following sources of ionizing radiation are prohibited: 1. A hand held fluoroscopic screen shall not be used with x-ray equipment unless it has been listed in the registry of sealed source and devices or accepted for certification by the United States food and drug administration, center for devices and radiological health. 2. Shoe-fitting fluoroscopic devices shall not be used. 3. Those sources of ionizing radiation when found to be detrimental to health and safety or in violation of this article.
