Renewal of specific licenses

1.
Applications for renewal of specific licenses shall be filed in accordance with section
33.1-10-23-12.
2.
In any case in which a licensee, not less than thirty days prior to expiration of an existing
license, has filed an application in proper form for renewal or for a new license authorizing the
same activities, the existing license shall not expire until final action by the department.
