Compliance certifications

Notwithstanding any other provision in this article, for the purpose of submission of compliance
certifications the owner or operator is not prohibited from using the following in addition to any specified
compliance methods:
1.
A compliance assurance monitoring protocol approved for the source pursuant to
subsection 10 of section 33.1-15-14-06.
2.
Any other monitoring method approved for the source under paragraph 3 of subdivision a of
subsection 5 of section 33.1-15-14-06 and incorporated into a federally enforceable title V
permit to operate.
