Oil and gas well production facilities

The owner or operator of an oil and gas well production facility that is required to register the facility
in accordance with section 33.1-15-20-02 shall pay a nonrefundable filing fee of one hundred fifty
dollars per well. The filing fee must be submitted with the registration form.
