The department regulates livestock operations under chapter 33.1-16-03, including those which are not subject to this subsection. 2. Concentrated aquatic animal production facilities, 40 CFR 122.24, is incorporated into this chapter by reference. 3. Aquaculture projects, 40 CFR 122.25, is incorporated into this chapter by reference. 4. Storm water discharges, 40 CFR 122.26, is incorporated into this chapter by reference. 5. Silvicultural activities, 40 CFR 122.27, is incorporated into this chapter by reference.
