Conditional exclusion for used, intact cathode ray tubes exported for recycling

Used, intact cathode ray tubes exported for recycling are not solid wastes if they meet the notice
and consent conditions of subdivision e of subsection 1 of section 33.1-24-02-25, and if they are not
speculatively accumulated as defined in subdivision h of subsection 3 of section 33.1-24-02-01.
