Special requirements for incompatible wastes

1.
Incompatible wastes, or incompatible wastes and materials, may not be placed in the same
tank system, unless subsection 2 of section 33.1-24-05-08 is complied with.
2.
Hazardous waste may not be placed in a tank system that has not been decontaminated and
that previously held an incompatible waste or material, unless subsection 2 of section
33.1-24-05-08 is complied with.
