Emergency safe housing

In order to receive moneys from the domestic violence prevention fund, a spouse abuse program
maintaining emergency safe housing must meet these requirements:
1.
The program must notify the management of an emergency safe housing system prior to
utilization of that system as a housing for any abused adult.
2.
The program must ensure that immediate access to program staff is available from the
emergency safe housing facility.
