Powers and duties

The state geologist shall act as a supervisor charged with the duty of enforcing the regulations and
orders of the commission applicable to the underground injection control program for Class III disposal
wells. All applications, correspondence, protests, and other communications shall be addressed to the
state geologist as follows:
