Approval or denial of permit application

The commission may approve the permit application as submitted, approve with conditions that ensure the protection of human health and the environment, or deny the application. The commission may deny a permit application if the exploration, drilling, or operation poses a threat to human health or the environment, failure to meet the requirements set forth by the Century Code or administrative code, or for any other reason allowable by law.
