Reclamation of exploration wells

The plugging and reclamation of exploration wells to comply with all applicable rules in chapter
43-02-03, including plugging and site reclamation. All lands disturbed during exploration for geothermal
resources are to be reclaimed to a condition consistent with prior land use and productive capacity.
