geologist, if requested, within six months of the filing of the completion report:

used for necessary testing or analysis in which case the results of testing, the analysis, and

Sample cuttings must be packaged in standard sample envelopes which in turn must be
placed in proper order in a standard sample box and carefully identified as to producer, well
location, and depth of sample.
2.
Sample logs, radioactivity logs, resistivity logs, or other types of electrical or mechanical logs.
3.
Elevation and location information on the data collection points.
4.
Other pertinent information as may be requested by the state geologist.
