Definitions

The terms used in this chapter have the same meaning as in North Dakota Century Code chapter
38-08.1 except:
1.
"Building" means any residence or commercial structure including a barn, stable, or other
similar structure.
2.
"Director" means the director of oil and gas of the industrial commission, the assistant director
of oil and gas of the industrial commission, and their designated representatives.
