Purpose and scope

A mutual insurance holding company and its subsidiary shall comply with North Dakota Century
Code chapters 26.1-05 and 26.1-10 and the terms of all other applicable statutes or rules, including
statutes or rules regulating investments, material transactions, and changes in control.
