Definitions

The terms used throughout this title have the same meaning as in North Dakota Century Code
chapter 36-01 except:
1.
"Association" means the North Dakota stockmen's association.
2.
"Buying station" means a point where cattle, horses, or mules are gathered for sale and is also
referred to as a weigh station or scale.
