Unscheduled surveys may be conducted at the discretion of the board; 4. The program shall schedule survey activities; 5. The surveyor shall make a verbal report to the program at the end of the survey; 6. The surveyor's written report shall be sent to the program prior to the review by the board; 7. The board shall assess a fee for each program surveyed; and 8. Written notification of the board action regarding the program approval must be sent to the nurse administrator.
