Program delivery
Cite as N.D. Admin. Code § 54-03.2-07-03.1
The board may grant approval for changes or expansion in program delivery as long as the
program:
1.
Holds full approval status;
2.
Demonstrates to the satisfaction of the board that there is sufficient qualified faculty available;
and
3.
Has sufficient resources to maintain compliance with the standards for nursing education
according to this article.
