Permit not transferable

A permit registers the pharmacy to which it is issued at the location specified in the permit, and is
not transferable. It is issued on the application of the owner, or the registered pharmacist in charge, on
the sworn statement that the pharmacy will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of law. If it
is desired to operate, maintain, open, or establish more than one pharmacy, separate applications shall
be made and separate permits issued for each.
