27-20.1-05. Petition - Who may file
27-20.1-05. Petition - Who may file
A petition to establish, modify, or terminate a guardianship order, other than one that has
been transferred by the district court under chapter 30.1-27, may be filed by any person
interested in the welfare of the child who has knowledge of the facts alleged or has information
and belief that the facts are true.
