27-21-03. Temporary care

27-21-03. The division shall review each placement and the current status of each child committed to the division at least every three months to determine whether a change in placement or program is necessary for the continued accomplishment of the treatment and rehabilitation plan of the child, and shall report the findings to the committing juvenile court.
