28-26-20. Payment of costs against infant plaintiff When costs are adjudged against a plaintiff who is an infant or a person of unsound mind, the guardian by whom the plaintiff appeared in the action must be responsible therefor and payment thereof may be enforced in the manner provided in section 28-26-30.
