28-32-29. Prehearing conference Before a hearing, an administrative agency may conduct a prehearing conference after giving reasonable notice to all parties and other interested persons. A prehearing conference may be conducted in total or in part by making use of telephone, facsimile services, television, or other electronic means, as long as such use does not substantially prejudice or infringe on the rights and interests of any party. An administrative agency may adopt rules regarding the availability of, notice of, and procedures for prehearing conferences.
