11-11-50. Former members of armed services' room in courthouses The board of county commissioners shall equip and maintain an adequate room in the courthouse or county office building for the priority preference use of former members of the armed services of the United States if the county seat has a population of over ten thousand inhabitants and a memorial building has not been erected in such municipality.
