29-06-14. Officer may break door
29-06-14. Officer may break door
An officer may break open any door or window of a dwelling house to execute a warrant of
arrest, or to make such arrest for a felony without a warrant, as is provided in section 29-06-15,
if, after notice of the officer's authority and purpose, the officer is refused admittance.
