2-02-07. Authority to raise money by taxation and use airport income The local public authorities having power to appropriate moneys within the political subdivisions acquiring, establishing, developing, operating, maintaining, or controlling airports under the provisions of this chapter may appropriate and cause to be raised by taxation under section 2-06-15 or from revenue derived from general fund levy authority in such political subdivisions, moneys sufficient to carry out therein the provisions of this chapter, and also may use for such purpose or purposes moneys derived from said airports.
