30.1-20-07.1. Deed of distribution - Error in description
If a deed of distribution contains an error in its description of the property distributed or its
ownership, the distributee may petition a court of proper jurisdiction to issue an ex parte order
allowing an amendment of the deed of distribution to correct the error.
