11-27-03. Where sale held - Sale to highest bidder The sale of county property at public sale shall be held at the office of the county auditor and shall be conducted by the auditor. The property advertised shall be sold to the highest bidder if the highest bid is deemed sufficient by a majority of the members of the board of county commissioners.
