35-24-16. Consolidation of suits to foreclose - Intervention If several actions brought to enforce liens under this chapter on the same property are pending at the same time, the court may order them to be consolidated. Any claimant having filed the claimant's statement of lien as herein provided is entitled to intervene in any pending action brought to enforce a lien on the same property.
