38-14.1-26. Interference with commission employees No operator or permittee may, except as provided by law, willfully resist, prevent, impede, or interfere with the commission or any of its agents in the performance of duties under this chapter. Whoever knowingly violates this section is, upon conviction, subject to the penalty provided in subsection 4 of section 38-14.1-32.
