39-03.1-06. Rules and regulations - Actuarial data The board shall, from time to time, establish such rules and regulations for the administration of this chapter as may be deemed necessary. It shall cause to be made periodic actuarial investigations into the mortality and service experience of the contributors to and the beneficiaries of the fund.
