39-05-01. Definitions In this chapter, unless the context or subject matter otherwise requires, "motor vehicle" includes a housetrailer or mobile home and a semitrailer designed to be towed by a truck tractor and "manufactured home" means a manufactured home as defined in section 41-09-02.
