39-06-32.1. Suspension of child's driving privileges Upon receipt of a copy of an order of a juvenile court ordering the suspension of a child operator's license, the director shall suspend the operator's license and make notation of the length of time of the suspension. During the time of the suspension, an application for a class D instruction permit may not be accepted from the child. For purposes of this section, "child" is defined by section 27-20.4-02.
