39-07-10. Officer violating provisions for arrest and notice of hearing to defendant may be removed from office
39-07-10. Officer violating provisions for arrest and notice of hearing to defendant
may be removed from office.
Any officer violating section 39-07-07, 39-07-08, 39-07-09, 39-20-03.1, or 39-20-03.2 is
guilty of misconduct in office and is subject to removal from office.
