39-09-06. Speed limitations inapplicable to whom - Liability of exempt driver for reckless driving. The speed limitations provided for in this chapter do not apply to class A authorized emergency vehicles. The exemptions provided for in this section do not protect the driver of any such vehicle from the consequences of a reckless disregard of the safety of others.
