39-10-01.1. Required obedience to traffic laws
It is unlawful and, unless otherwise declared in this chapter or in chapter 39-06.1 with
respect to particular offenses, it is a class B misdemeanor for any person to do any act
forbidden or fail to perform any act required in this chapter.
