39-10-02.1. Person riding animal or driving animal-drawn vehicle
39-10-02.1. Person riding animal or driving animal-drawn vehicle
In addition to any special regulations, any person riding an animal or driving any
animal-drawn vehicle upon a roadway must be granted all of the rights and is subject to all of
the duties applicable to the driver of a vehicle by this chapter, except those provisions which by
their very nature can have no application.
