39-16.1-18. Procedure on failure of proof on file Whenever any proof of financial responsibility filed under the provisions of this chapter no longer fulfills the purposes for which required, the director shall, for the purpose of this chapter, require other proof as required by this chapter and shall suspend the license or the nonresident's operating privilege upon failure to file such other proof as required.
