40-33-08. Questions and propositions may be voted upon at same election and may be contained on one ballot. Any or all of the propositions and questions to be voted upon as specified in sections 40-33-02 and 40-33-07 may be submitted at one and the same election and upon one ballot, but the ballot shall state each of the propositions separately.
