40-33-24. Funds of jointly operated utilities All funds of any jointly operated utility as provided in section 40-33-22 shall not be subject to the provisions of sections 40-33-10 and 40-33-11, but shall be kept separate and apart from all other funds of any participating municipality and shall be disbursed in the manner provided by the governing board thereof.
