40-53.1-10. Dissolution by district court - Application Any city not subject to dissolution under existing laws may be dissolved by the district court upon presentation of an application by the state's attorney of the county. The application shall contain: 1. The name of the city. 2. The date of incorporation. 3. Boundaries. 4. Original plat and additions thereto. 5. Names of the officers. 6. Assets. 7. Debts. 8. A general statement of the reasons for dissolution.
