43-03-08. Board to adopt rules The board shall adopt rules: 1. To govern board proceedings. 2. For the examination of candidates for registration. 3. For the regulation of the practice of architecture and landscape architecture. 4. For education requirements of registration applicants. 5. For practical experience requirements of registration applicants.
