43-10-15.2. Issuance of duplicate licenses
43-10-15.2. Issuance of duplicate licenses
Upon receipt of satisfactory evidence that a license or certificate has been lost, mutilated, or
destroyed, the board may issue a duplicate license or certificate upon such terms and
conditions as the board prescribes, and upon payment of a fee of ten dollars.
