43-11-14. Licenses - Board to issue - Form - Displayed
The board may issue all licenses provided for under this chapter. Each license issued must
be:
1.
Signed by the secretary of the board;
2.
Attested by the seal of the board; and
3.
Displayed in clear view to the public.
