43-13-01. Definitions

43-13-01. Nothing herein in any manner restricts the authority of any such board, body, agency, official, or institution from utilizing the services of a physician for examinations of the eyes or treatment of diseases of the eyes. Section 43-13-13 applies in actions to correct any violations of this section.
