12.1-32-14. Restoration of property or other work to be required of certain offenders Other provisions of this chapter notwithstanding, whenever a person convicted of criminal mischief is placed on probation pursuant to section 12.1-32-02 or 12.1-32-07, the court shall include as a condition of that probation the requirement that the person perform restoration or other assigned work as specified in subdivision e of subsection 4 of section 12.1-32-07.
