43-18-06. Board may hire and fix compensation of employees - Incur necessary expenses. The board may employ an executive director; inspectors, who must be registered plumbers; and such administrative staff, as may be necessary. The board shall fix the compensation of such employees, and may incur such other expenses as may be required. All such salaries and expenses must be paid only out of such moneys as may be in the state plumbing board fund. The executive director may serve as the secretary or secretary-treasurer of the board.
