43-62-02. License required An individual may not perform or offer to perform medical imaging or radiation therapy on humans for diagnostic or therapeutic purposes or otherwise indicate or imply that the individual is licensed to perform medical imaging or radiation therapy unless that individual is licensed under this chapter.
