47-04.1-03. Contents of declaration The declaration provided for in section 47-04.1-02 shall contain: 1. A description or survey map of the surface of the land included within the project. 2. Diagrammatic floor plans of the structures built or to be built thereon in sufficient detail to identify each unit, its relative location and approximate dimensions. 3. A description of the common elements. 4. A description of the limited common elements. 5. The fractional or percentage interest which each unit bears to the entire project. The sum of such shall be one if expressed in fractions and one hundred if expressed in percentage.
