47-10.1-05. Reports The commissioner shall monitor for compliance with this chapter all reports transmitted to the commissioner pursuant to the Agricultural Foreign Investment Disclosure Act of 1978 [7 U.S.C. 3501 et seq.]. The commissioner shall make the reports available to the public.
